Front Side Fairmont has two entrances : straight to the pantry from the left, to the residence through the door on the right.
Front Side After opening the gate, there is plenty of room to park several cars.
Front Side A small pond (on your left when entering the gate) leads you to the garden that encircles the house.
Residence - Lower Part : Entrance A small entry leads you to the yellow room (right), the bathroom (left) and the green room (left).
Residence - Lower Part : Entrance Green Room The green room consists of a corridor with built-in cupboards next to a three-bedded room.

Residence - Lower Part : Yellow Room The yellow room has two beds of 90x200, one built-in cupboard and a storage room, as well as a writing desk and chair.

Residence - Lower Part : Yellow Room Every bed in every room has two pillows for a comfortable sitting and sleeping.
Residence - Lower Part : Bathroom The bathroom contains an Italian shower, toilet and wash-basin.
Garden The garden is huge : 1.000 m² with bushes, trees and a multitude of ornamental plants.
Garden A professional gardener takes care of the garden twice a month.
Garden A discreet irrigation system provides a regular water supply.
Garden When looking for some shade, it is nice to cool down in the covered garden patio.
Swimming Pool The view from the main terrace is overwhelming with a mountain and valley landscape... In the storeroom you can find 8 lying chairs, 16 outdoor chairs and 2 outdoor tables. An outside gas barbecue and a granite cooking-place are provided (on photo, right)
Swimming Pool Maintenance of the swimming pool twice a week (Monday and Thursday).
Upper Terrace The terrace on the upper part is provided with its own furniture. It also has electric sunblinds.
Upper Terrace All bedrooms have direct access to the upper terrace.
Naya The veranda or naya is especially pleasant by sunrise or on colder days.

Dining Room The sliding windows of the dining room can be completely opened.
Dining Room The extensible dining table is situated next to the kitchen and easy to access.
Living Room Next to the dining room a large sofa and several comfortable chairs allow to get together ... or watch HD television.
Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen has all necessary utensils, dishwasher, 5 gas burners, electric oven, fridge and freezer.
Kitchen From the kitchen you can go straight to the dining room.
Pantry The pantry contains an additional fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and all extra equipment. Groceries can easily be carried from the car to the pantry by a direct access from the parking spot.
Upper Part - Red Room The ensuite master bedroom contains a 180 x 200 bed, four built-in cupboards and a wooden cabinet. With outside shutters, opaque curtains, airconditioning and straight acces to the upper terrace.
Bathroom Master Bedroom The bathroom is entirely new and contains an Italian shower, toilet and wash-basin.
Upper Part - Blue Room In the blue room two 90 x 200 beds have been put together, but can easily be seperated.

Guest Bathroom Identical bathroom as the ensuite master bedroom. Also with an Italian shower.
Library The small library contains a 135 x 200 bed. With built-in cupboard and opaque curtains.
Fairmont On every spot of the house you can enjoy the most beautiful view. Sunrise and sunset are amazing !
